Why do people enjoy RE4, but despise RE5?

People enjoyed everything about RE4 but there were a lot of criticism towards RE5. People called it racist (I know it isn't), too action-y (no survival-horror), and has a weak story. Ironically, RE4 has those things too. You kill Spaniards, it was a save-the-damsel-in-distress type of game, and the story: Leon works for the government, has a mission to find the president's daughter, and coincidentally encountered infected villagers that have nothing to do with the Raccoon City outbreak, B.O.Ws, or Umbrella. How is that relevant to the Resident Evil games/story in any way? I know what some of you might say that the reason RE5 was a disappointment is because there wasn't much change and felt the same of its predecessor. If that's true, why were the clics like RE1, 2, 3 and those before 4 had so much praise? They were all the same type of games: go to a room, can't move the camera, shoot zombies, and solve puzzles. Okay, I need some help with embling a Halloween Costume?

Hi, my cousin's church is having a little Halloween event that I go to every year and last year I dressed up in a long black scream costume without the mask, instead, I used a witch mask and it turned out good. No would could really recognize me. Well, this year, I am taller and bigger of course and the robe got split down the middle. I can still wear it but the front is open and my clothing shows, but U don't know that it's such a big deal, but is there any way I can fix this without sewing it up or buying another costume. To tell the truth, if I sewed it up, it would probably rip open again. The robe looks pretty good as a cloak but what can I wear under to where I won't be as visible. Ok I will make it short and sweet. I am the stay at home "dad" and have been during all of my kids life both of them 3 and 5. I stayed at home with them and mommy went to work. I have been watching them everyday as usual and she gets half the nights. Scion tC vs Nissan Sentra?

I have a 2006 scion tc and I love it!! It's the dark gray color. I've never had any of trouble with it. I'm a HORRIBLE driver so its been hit many times and it even got stuck in a flood and it still runs perfectly! My one and only complaint is the material used on the seats. Its black micro-fiber and it DOES NOT clean. If they get dirty at all, the seats get white spots in them. Oh and there are a few blind spots so you have to get used to that. Other than that, its an amazing car and i get a lot of complements. Im also a senior btw and my friends love my car. I'm not sure about the nissan.

The USPS attempted to deliver a package to my house on 12-22 since I was not home they left a notice stating that it would be available for pickup on 12-24 after 9am and that it required a signature. I went to the post office on 12-26 to pick up the package but it wasn't there. I have come to find out that they delivered it on Sunday and left it on my doorstep where it was stolen. You have punctured the sealed system and let out all the refrigerant. This is an expensive repair, so much so that a new one is more logical than to repair this one. By itself the gas is odorless. The smell is from the oil and heated compressor core fumes that are flushed out with the refrigerant. The gas is not toxic unless you were in a very small space like the refrigerator itself and sealed in. It would displace the oxygen. If food is in a sealed container its probably OK. But if it smells like what you smelled throw it out. I know that smell and it can be very bad. But with a good airing of the house it will clear things up quickly. Good Luck

Concrete in slab built house failing?

I just built a CP Morgan in Jan 2006. I pulled up the carpet, because we are considering laying laminate wood flooring and when I pulled up the "tack strip" there were holes where the strip was nailed on. That is now biggie but when I took a wet towel to the floor to wipe off dust the hole got bigger where the nail was and this hard top coat peeled off and the cement seemed to crumble under the use of the water. The hole went from the size of a pen eraser to about 3 in. just by rubbing it with water////is this normal? I knwo nothing about concrete or anything like that. I have a fear that since my house had it's foundation laid in the winter that maybe the concrete did not set? Any input would help

Infected gum over wisdom tooth?

About a week ago I went to the dentist because the gum over my wisdom tooth (which has not erupted yet) was hugely swollen, red, and extremely painful. He gave me some chlorhexidine mouth rinse to use and it took about 5 days for it to feel any better. I'm still using it. The swelling has gone down tremendously, there's only a tiny bit left. The pain is virtually gone, but it's still a bit red. I'm not sure if the infection has 100% cleared since it still is a tiny bit swollen and red or if this could just be my wisdom tooth trying to come through. I called yesterday to get my dentist's opinion and as usual, no one ever called me back. I'll be trying them again today, but was wondering if it sounds like it's gone to you? I have a consultation on Tuesday with an Oral Surgeon to get them extracted and was wondering if I needed to be put on antibiotics before the procedure just to be sure?

I think I have an alcohol problem?

I really enjoy a drink, I look forward to it at the end of a busy day when cooking & having a gl of wine or just relaxing with take-out & a good movie. However I enjoy it so much, one gl of wine becomes 1 - 1/2 bottles every night or 2nd night. I know it is too much. I sometimes go to bed & wake up in the morning & can't remember how I got to bed, not all the time, just sometimes. My fiance hardly drinks so gets very annoyed & whats worse, I have a 5 month old baby to take care of. I ensure I never drink much when he's awake ie it's usually started when he goes to bed at night. A friend says I use it to relax. I know I'm doing wrong by my baby, by me & my fiance, I'm not here to ask to be lectured, I'm not here to ask for confirmation my liver is probably wasting away let alone any other bodily organs but I'm hoping someone else in a similar boat or that knows someone that has been in a similar situation can give me advice. I don't want to quit drinking, I just want to cut back. I work 3 days per week, full days & drop my son off at my retired parents house for daycare but some days they are annoyed & stressed when I pick him up if he's misbehaved, my fiance works two jobs so is usually exhausted but does try & put in the hard yards. I pick up on others annoyance so easily ie my parents frustration at my son's care for the day, my fiance being tired & not handling my son when I'm trying to rest, so I stress even more & aim to care for him myself to not out anyone. Running Rough?

Ok guys, well i was driving today and all of a sudden when i slow down my car starts like spuddering. The engine is running really rough. It starts like wobbling forwards and backwards i guess you could say. I put about half a bottle of fuel injection cleaner in a full tank 2 days ago. We just changed the spark plus and wires yesterday. It has kind of a funny smell when idling which leads me to think its the fuel injection cleaner.. But i only added half a bottle to a full tank. We checked all the spark plugs and wires... Its a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT. It still runs. It does have 176000 miles on it. Just rebuilt about 7 weeks ago. I was reading that a popular failure for my kind of cars is the LIM gasket from over heating.But the temp. guage stays obo 200.The check engine light just came on.Going to take it to a shop for the diagnostic but was wondering what yall thought it was.Im trying to get into cars and repairing them so would like to know. Neighbors trees on our property?

We recently measured and staked to pull a permit to build a shed. We then learned that over the past 3 years our neighbor has planted several trees OVER the property line. When he saw the stakes from us measuring, per the twp survey, he was furious and has since refused to speak to us. (we did not ask for the trees to be removed at that time). We have since placed our shed, and he promptly removed the stakes. One month later we have now set up a badminton net, he has nightly taken it down claiming the net stakes are on his property. Your turtle needs a baskin. It's skin is turning white because it's needs aren't being fulfilled. Turtles need a dry hot spot of 88 to 92 F and water can be room temp as long as it doesn't get really cold, 70 to 78 is fine. Turtles need to go back and forth between warm and cold so they can keep their body temp where it needs to be. Not giving your turtle a baskin will lead to illness and already is with one. Putting them in the dry tank with rocks does not fulfill their need to get warm and the need for dryness is only secondary. You do not need to get a special tank. Turtle docks aren't that expensive, but you need a light too. I always use hardware cloth from home depot and mold it into a tank topper then I wire a brooder light or clamp light (minus the clamp) to it after drilling a few holes near the edge of the hood. Twist ties work fine to attach it. Sliders don't walk around on the ground in the wild (except females to nest) they bask right over or at the edge of the water, then slide in quickly if approached. Males get long claws and risk injury if walking around on rocks. Don't make a baskin from the dry tank. Turtles are very efficient at absorbing heat. You will cook them. They must be able to dive into cool water after reaching a maximum internal temperature. There is no clever way around a turtles need for a baskin in their aquatic environment. Sorry.

How do I help my disabled Step-son understand it takes time to fall in love?

I have a severly disabled 20 year old step son who desperately wants to feel the closeness of a woman. He was hit by a car when he was 10 years old and now suffers from traumatic brain injury and is semiquadroplegic. He frequently gets upset because he has not found a girlfriend yet and I have tried to explain to him that love happens more when you don't try. i have a dell latitude laptop which is about 2 years old. i recently formatted the HDD and installed Windows 7 64-bit version.it had vista basic when i got it.it has core 2 duo processor with 3GB of RAM.it's a good config for work.i don't have that much installed on it.the only software that run at startup is Microsoft's antivirus and the Intel graphics controller panel.yet my cpu usage is always at 100%.it makes it impossible to sometimes work on the laptop since it can get slow really bad.even when i'm running just one program namely google chrome,the laptop becomes terribly slow.i checked the processes running and the amount of cpu they each consume.bt none of the processes ever go over 40-50% except when i'm playing a video on WMP.even then it uses nt more than 80% for a few moments.i have tried everything.cleanign the registry, deleting temporary files and running virus scans and defragmentation.nothing seems to help.

What do you think is wrong with my car?

It's strange, upon igniting the car and taking off it's fine. It's usually fine, most of the time. However, every once in a while I'll come to a stop sign, go to take off, and go nowhere. The engine will rev for a little bit, I'll put on the gas a little more, then it will shake a lil then go up to speed and be as if nothing happened. I've been warned my transmission is slipping, but the thing is it only happens between 0-20 mph and only does it maybe once out of like 15 times. It's a 92 88 Oldsmobile Royale. I need help for dealing with my 18 year old daughter!?

My 18 year old daughter & I cannot get along or communicate anymore. She is in therapy for depression but I find myself walking on eggshells just trying to get through to her. I have kicked her out of our home at least 6 times for disrespectful behavior towards me (throwing plates/using profanity/telling me she wishes I was dead, etc. ). She always ends up coming back because my husband blames me for forcing her out of the house to live with friends that she can only stay with on a short term basis. She was supposed to be attending college on a full-time basis while living at home but instead is working full-time making good money that she blows on thousands of dollars of clothes and accessories. This makes her feel good but the next day she sinks into a depression again. We had been letting her use one of our cars to get to and from work but I took that privilege away because of the way she has been acting. She now gets rides to and from work from friends & she hates me now!

No interest in any subjects at school - am I weird and does anyone else feel the same?

The surprising thing is (and I'm honestly not trying to brag) is that I got 3 A*s (Maths, Textiles and French and an A (Music) in the subjects I took last year for GCSE and am on track to getting my target grades of 5 more A*s and an A this year. However, I have never had any particular interest in any of the subjects I have taken. I find motivation to work through the fact that I want these grades to compensate for depression I have been going through because of family issues, my loss of friends, etc and getting good grades is the only thing that can make me feel better. I'm in year 11 and have chosen my options for next year (Maths, Chemistry, Bioloigy and French) in the hope of maybe going into medicine if I get As, (which is the only thing I can think of doing because they're probably my best subjects), but I don't have any enthusiasm for anything.
