I think you have a good story line going. I would read it, if it were a young adult genre or something, but, since you are 13, it shows up in your writing. It has a lot of grammar mistakes, but those can be fixed. Have someone proof your paragraphs and catch your spelling mistakes. Keep writing! You have a good start, and you'll only get better as you go.
