Custody for dads any help thanx?

Ok I will make it short and sweet. I am the stay at home "dad" and have been during all of my kids life both of them 3 and 5. I stayed at home with them and mommy went to work. Anyways she has recently left me and took our money and got an apartment and left me with all the bills. She now says she owns the kids and its a privelage that I get to see them. I have been watching them everyday as usual and she gets half the nights. Last week she caught me taking a nap with the kids and went off saying I was not allowed to take a nap with the kids because she was awake at work and I needed to be if she was (yes she really is that low of a person and honestly all it was was a nap). When that happened she took the kids and said I will only get to see the kids every Wednesday while she was at work and every other weekend since I cant stay awake while im with the kids. I have been studying hard core on custody battles and how to win them. I have been in my kids life everyday since they were born and this is wrong of her to do this. I just want to know if there is any tips anyone can give me?? We havent been to court at all yet and I have a meeting with a lawyer next week. I just want my kids and I would love full custody since most stay at home "moms" get full custody so shouldnt I?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Oh and also I do have income coming in from a disability claim that I got from an injury at work. Im not a bad person sittin on the side collectin off a claim. I am in need of it its just kind of embaring thanx. :)
