Hey help me!!!!!! my feet has gone so dry......?

i am twenty.till now i have neva had any problems with my feet.I have never used anything on my feet. But for the last 2 months my feet has gone very dry and some cracks hav started appearing. I am afraid so much. one of friend suggested "pumice stone" scrub. Do you think it ll help. plz do tell me your routine for your feet.
