LSU, Texas Tech, or Texas-San Antonio for a Business Major?

I'm in High School. If I go to UTSA, I would join the Texas CAP Program, which would make me eligible to go to UT-Austin for my Sopre year. The thing is, I don't know if I would be able to get into the UT Business school. So, which school would you go to? I have already been accepted to LSU and Tech. I'm a Texas resident. So factor in the tuition costs in your decision. Thanks so much for any input!!
