Does anyone know if medicaid covers gastric byp surgery in florida?

i have been overweight my whole life and have tried so many diets have lost count...i eat right..fruits and vegetables andi get plenty of exercise..surgery is a last resort..i have medicaid and i cant seem to find out for sure if it is covered.
