What are typical rates / wage for unarmed security guards?

Thinking of hiring unarmed guard to do nightly foot patrol of parking lot in N. Miami Beach area but have no idea what to offer as a fair wage. We provide employee meals but no other benefits (medical, 401K, etc.)
