Are scottish people genetically inclined for military service, or is it cultural?
In the UK scots are a tiny portion of the population yet comprise over half of enlisted men. In the USA as well, the hillbillies and rednecks who are of scottish descent are much more likely to serve than the average American. Is it genetic or is it cultural?
