Gimp physical enhancement?

Okay let me start by saying that im a little embared to ask. but does anybody know how to physically (clears throat), enhance that certain male organ by about 2 -3 inches using gimp ?, and if so can someone send me step by step instructions. you will NEVER know how gratefull i would be to whome ever helps me. p.s., i can take blunt opinions/criticism, but please no bashing lol.
