Anxiously waiting for AF to arrive and wondering......?

I have had 2 ectopic pregnancy's in the same tube in the past which was never removed..that was 4 years ago...I'm 38 yo and thinking and hoping i am pregnant again! I'm due for AF in 3 days and 7 days ago I started getting AF cramps..different than normal dull,achey ones. Also my bbs were extremely sore a week ago too which they only usually get sore a few days before AF,not a week.. waiting to test..just feeling a wreck not knowing..but intuitively I "feel" I am pregnant..Does anyone know if these are good preg.symptoms?? Any success's with prior eptopics??
