I need inspiration! can somebody give me uplifting advice please!?

i'm really upset about my ex boyfriend today. he didn't do anything to upset me, in fact he was fine today, i'm just upset in general. i never thought i would feel this way.. if anyone can give me uplifting words that would be much appreciated. thank you :)
