If enacted, how much will the "Global Warming Bill" cost the tax payers and consumers in this country

We need to be making energy more available not less. Nuclear power etc. should be a top priority. Energy costs will never go down if we do not utilitize every viable option. We have a whole world to feed and we better get on with it.
