Will someone PLEASE explain why?

Food stamps, unemployment insurance and welfare is there to cover those things. Plus, there are homeless shelters and soup kitchens for those who do not have those things. There are free clinics but those don't help people that aren't poor that still can't afford healthcare. And I don't have a problem with capitalism. Only a small minority does, so the last part is stupid.
